We were in town for a conference and found Jan's place perfectly located! Jan was so easy to work with. Everything was beautifully up kept and there were so many extra, thoughtful things like a toddler bed, toys and puzzles, and even small food items we forgot like condiments and popcorn! There was plenty of room for us all to sleep, the AC worked great, and the house was fairly quiet and felt secluded even though it's so close to the city and busy streets. Would for sure stay again!

This house was great.
The kitchen was really well stocked with bowls, plates, cups cutlery and bonus condiments, spices, sauces etc. This made preparing a simple meal easy. Having 4 bedrooms, although one was an open mezzanine to the main bedroom, it allowed our extended family to spread out.
The whole house was clean.
Close to the city and good public transport.
The street itself felt safe, although nearby were usually a small number of drug affected people. So just need to be aware of that when moving through the area. We did not have any issues.

We came in for the world cup and this property met all of our needs! It was cleaned in a great location. Had great amenities and was extremely comfortable. The host was extremely accommodating and made the process seamless and we had a fantastic time!

The most furnished vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at— Seriously, this place has everything you could ever need. We had a larger vehicle so were worried about parking, but able to find street parking without a problem. There was proactive communication and we had no issues.Heads up to other travelers that two of the beds are in the same room (one is in a loft area), and that there is no bathroom on the main level.
