Two other bedrooms, each with two single beds, share a bright family bathroom. All three bedrooms have cold/heat air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, and direct access to the balconies on the upper floor.

JH Top Tip - The closed driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, but bear in mind that, due to the property's location on the hillside, it has a steep slope. Less confident drivers can also park alongside the road.

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €500 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
