This central downtown location was delightfully private and quiet. We enjoyed views of the river and the 4th of July fireworks. We walked to coffee shops and to the river to swim. This unit was much larger than we needed as a couple, but our options were limited when we booked. Two couples or a family would be very comfortable here.

Perfect location and accommodations for our group. The views cannot be beat! Note that there is no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms, and kitchen doesn’t have zip lock bags, foil, or Saran Wrap. Totally fine but would have been helpful to know in advance so we could have planned better for what to bring and buy.

Great location and wonderful accommodations. Beds were v comfortable.It does have lots of stairs - up to living room, down to primary br and down again to second br. We had no problem but some might? TV in LR gets glare from windows, which was OK - we just waited to watch until it got dark. The TV is small and would be hard to view from the sofa. We moved the side chairs and then moved them back. I would recommend a cutting board in a prominent place to save your counters - I never was able to find one. I would definitely rent this again due mostly to the location and how clean and well cared for it was. Also Amy was responsive when we encountered a WIFI problem.Rent seemed high - I was just in Sante Fe NM and had a fabulous casita for much less . But that might just be HR overall.

Fantastic stay in downtown Hood River. Very clean and the back patio was very nice to sit out and drink coffee. The angle of the back patio faces North so you dont get blasted by the sun all day long. We will definitely book a stay here again. Amy was very detailed with helping us with our stay. Thanks again.
