Tastefully decorated, with an elevator to get up the third level above the ground floor in a very well maintained building dated in 1785, located in the 'Palais-Royal' itself.

The studio consists of :
- a night area equipped with a very comfortable queen size electric Swissflex doble bed (2X80cm), fine coton linen provided,
- internet and free WIFI connection,
-TV offering english or french speaking channels, (extranet),
- a living area equipped with a dining table and First Empire furniture, table cloth and service table provided.
- a kitchen equipped with induction stove top, micro-wave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge (with small freezer compartment),
- a bathroom with doble shower, towels and hairdrier provided, sliding door,

Sophie has created a beautiful well equipped studio apartment with her attention to detail. Feels like a real home. Bookshelves lined with books, a kitchen stocked with everything you need. The studio is in the Palais Royal and you can walk outside to the garden and cafe. Bright and welcoming. Highly recommend. Has two twin beds together and they are adjustable. Very comfortable.

Amazing location, charming and cozy!

We stayed for two weeks at this beautifully furnished, well-located suite. It is adjacent to Jardin du Palais Royal (a very popular park) and a very short walk to the Louvre and the Seine. The building has an elevator, but we rarely used it, preferring to walk up and down the elegant stairway. Sophie was there to greet us upon arrival and provided us with as much orientation to the suite and to Paris as we could possibly require. One of us popped out each morning for a short, pleasant stroll to purchase fresh croissants for breakfast. The central location also allowed us to walk back to our suite mid-day to relax, refresh and plan out our next excursion and dinner venue. The pub across the street does create some late-night noise, but unless you have a reason to leave the windows open through the night (not necessary, as there is A/C) then this is not really an issue. We will most definitely be staying here when we again find ourselves in Paris!

Exceeded expectations on all counts! Such a well equipped flat… I can not imagine anything that was missing that I might have needed it. The location is a fantastic base to explore and the host is so charming, kind, and helpful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
