The Bikelodge is the most fun and relaxing vacation home in the area and close to everything. Great indoor and outdoor entertaining space. Just 1 mile south of downtown on a private ridge overlooking Cheyenne Canon, with city and mountain views.
The main level has 1,600 sq ft, 3 bedrooms with queen beds (sleeps 6) and 2 baths (both with walk in showers). Rustic Spanish decor, great indoor/outdoor entertaining space, gourmet kitchen, wood floors, 2 fireplaces, rooftop terrace, firepit, outdoor grill, circle drive, lots of parking, and WiFi and RokuTV
The lower level has an additional 2 br +1 bath (sleeps 6), full kitchen and separate living space.
Best of all! the Bikelodge is just a few blocks from downtown or the Broadmoor, or the mountains, and some of the best trails in Colorado so bring your bike or hiking shoes and enjoy a part of C. Springs you won't see from a car.

The house was fine - much bigger than we needed - did not realize it was 2 floors. We did not use the lower floor - never in it. There was confusion on my part regarding a key for the house. Email directions said it was in a lockbox and gave me the combination. However the box didn’t open and I finally tried to door and it was unlocked. There was only one key so that made it difficult for my party to go separate ways. They need to clarify the key/door situation and leave more than one key. Otherwise, all OK.

This was a great home to accommodate a large group. The home is unique and fun. Easy check in and check out with great communication. The property is as described in the listing.

House was dirty, especially the kitchen. There was residue on the island counter, floor was sticky, and fridge handle was dirty after cleaning it with a Clorox wipe. Garbage Disposal died, felt the owner could have done more to resolve the issue after reporting problem The bathroom sink had a leaky faucet and the grounds needed to be better upkept, especially the walk way & steps into the lower level. I feel all three showers could benefit by having a safety bar install to prevent any falls and be more handicap/elderly friendly. Overall, listing was what you can expect, very spacious with a beautiful mountain view and centrally located to many places in Colorado Springs. Rental was priced fairly and is an excellent option for a large family or sizeable party.
