Welcome to your cozy and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. As you step inside, you’ll immediately be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room features a beautiful fireplace, perfect for those chilly winter evenings. With its crackling fire and cozy ambiance, it’s the ideal spot to relax and unwind after a long day. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room to the dining area and kitchen, creating a perfect space for enjoying your visit. The kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances, making cooking a breeze.
The 3-bedroms in our condo offer ample space and comfort for you and your family. Each room is thoughtfully designed with cozy furnishings and soft bedding, creating a peaceful retreat for a good night’s sleep. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom on the 1st floor. The two additional bedrooms share a bathroom, complete with bathtub and shower.
This condo rental is the perfect place to call home, offering a cozy and comfortable living space with all the amenities your desire.

Outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub in newly remodeled clubhouse just a very short walk away.
Walk to beaches Walk to beaches (Incline Village Beaches are private and charge entry fee/ drive to nearby public beaches),
Hyatt Lake Tahoe Casino, Bowling ally/game room/billiard room, movie theater. Shopping and restaurants all within a mile.
State line casinos are less than 5 miles away.
Boat ramp just around the corner at Incline Beach.
Boat and trailer parking is available on the street in front of home or nearby walking distance.
Ski shuttle to Diamond Peak Ski Resort picks up directly in front of our condo. Call Diamond Peak Ski Resort for shuttle pickup/dropoff schedule.
Mt Rose and Northstar ski areas are approx. 20 minutes away.
Alpine Meadows and Squaw valley are approx. 30 minutes away.

This is a perfect location in Incline Village. We felt like we were staying in a mountain lodge. Paul answered my questions readily. We loved how secluded we felt and yet we were within walking distance to everything. The beds were so comfortable!

I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 weeks this summer. It was very convenient, roomy, as described in pictures. Clubhouse and Pool were an added bonus.

The condo was as expected and as shown in pictures. The hot tub and sauna were quite nice in the clubhouse.

Great location, nice rustic cabin like feel. A bit dark, lacking lights but comfortable rooms. Cooking facilities were pretty good. The club house facility was top notch with hot tub, sauna and ping pong enjoyed every night. Some of the lights like master not working well. Would be nice if extra towels were provided for hot tub. Didn’t get info about check in until right before we arrived. That said it was fantastic for our group celebrating our mono ski convention in Tahoe
