Point Santo is now open. The pool/hot tub are all redone and are lovely. The pool pavilion should be completed very soon.
Our condo was remodeled after hurricane Ian. The kitchen was completely remodeled, and all the flooring (except in the bathrooms) was replaced.
Located on 10 acres of tropical paradise, Pointe Santo de Sanibel is one of the premiere and most highly sought after condominium complexes on Sanibel Island. You will enjoy the lovely view of the Gulf of Mexico from this third-floor unit B35.

B35 was a very clean condo with wonderful towels and linens. Pointe Santo is a great complex with a nice pool, great grills in three spots for cooking, many lounge chairs with umbrellas facing the ocean and a good security team who patrols the area.

The owner was responsive to our problem but then it fell through the cracks. It was not resolved and the owner downplayed the issue. She was very nice to communicate with but disappointed there was no follow through.
