Great for families! 2025 fully remodeled , Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, first floor oceanfront condo unit with very large, beachfront deck (I'd bet one of the largest condo decks in all of Ocean City!), private parking and amazing oceanfront views! Open floor plan with central A/C. Oceanfront Master bedroom has ocean view, 2 queen beds and on suite bath. Bedroom two has 2 twin beds. Granite counters in renovated kitchen, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, HD cable TV, new carpet, everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Open the back door, step off the deck right onto the beach! You can literally park your car, and cares here and walk to everything you want to do. Sun, surf, sand...and you!

Matt and Ashlee were excellent hosts. They accommodated some special requirements we had and kept us updated on concerns we had about the approaching storm. We ended up having great weather and a comfortable stay in their newly renovated apartment. Having coffee on the deck while watching the sun rise was the best part of the trip.Thank you!

This place is awesome! Being on the first floor is a plus because my group of friends is 70 and we loved being right on the beach. The location is great - we walked the beach every day and still had time to visit the other local beaches. There are lots of local shops and places to eat. Ashlee, the owner, was wonderful - excellent communication and always available. I highly recommend and plan to rent this condo again!
