Apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in a quiet area. Located in the Central District, next to one of the most popular historical markets in the city, the Salamanca Market, with its beautiful monumental façade. You can walk to all the museums, monuments, and the main streets of the center. Fully equipped, it has hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. It has a modern kitchen that has a large refrigerator, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker and ample storage space. It also has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning (hot/cold) and Smart TV.
–CHARACTERISTICS:
It has a cozy living room with Smart TV and sofa bed and a very well-equipped modern open kitchen. It has a room with a double bed, with a work/study area and an en-suite bathroom; and also a room with two single beds (trundle bed). Both bedrooms have large closets.
–SERVICES:
The kitchen is fully equipped, has an oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, traditional coffee maker and capsule coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to cook. It also has plenty of space to comfortably store your daily purchases.
The apartment has a good quality WIFI internet connection and all the comforts for the use of our guests: air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room and in both bedrooms. There is work/study space, and the house is also equipped with a hairdryer, Smart TV, iron and all the necessary amenities for a couple, a group of friends or a family.

It is located within walking distance of all the monuments and museums, next to the historic Salamanca Market and the Rando Museum. It also has supermarkets, bakeries and neighborhood stores nearby. It is easy to reach from the airport and from the central bus and train stations.

The apartment is located at the ground floor. At the entrance, you will find stairs that will take you to the living room, dining room and kitchen.
