Location, Location, Location.....It is unique for 2 reasons - size of the patio & 2024 upgrades....Condo is located just steps from the beach - less than 1/4 block....First Floor Poolside....Can comfortably sleep up to 9.....Keyless Entry....I will provide Door Code, Drive through Gate Code, Pedestrian Walk Through gate Code, WiFi Netork & Code.....Brass Rail #110 is extremely well appointed with a stainless steel kitchen, crown molding and plenty of space to kick back....1400 square feet….Leave you car behind in the gated underground parking lot as the condo is centrally located in the most desirable area of the Island.....Parking is expensive on Tybee but you will be within walking distance of most restaurants, entertainment and quaint shops at South Beach.....The pier is only 1/4 block away......2 covered, gated, and secure underground parking spaces....Beach wagon, 10' x 10' Pop Up Beach Tent, 4 beach chairs and beach toys for the kids....Condo community has gated access, hot tub, two pools and gazebo,.....There are 2 parking places for the condo.....75” Smart TV in Living Room and additional Smart TV's in all 3 bedrooms.…Weber Grill…You'll enjoy the outdoors from the over-sized patio overlooking two of the pools…..Outdoor dining seats 12....We also have 2 bicycles (beach cruisers) that you can use for a nominal charge - $1 per day….Come and Enjoy Tybee for a very unique experience.....Covered gazebo with restrooms for multi-family get togethers.....5 beds plus pull out couch.....We are new owners and would love to have you and your family as our guests!!

This VRBO had everything! It was wonderful to not have to pack beach and pool accessories for the trip...not even beach towels! A beach wagon, chairs, tent, and toys were all provided. The condo was pristine, and my older children enjoyed the ginormous TV in the living room (we were there for several World Cup games!). The pool was nice, but even though the huge patio overlooks the pool, you do have to make a small trek to get there. The beach is a fairly straight shot and about a block away with a very nice ramp over the dunes for easy access with your beach wagon or stroller. The condo is within walking distance of shopping and lots of wonderful restaurants. The condo is up a half flight of stairs, but the elevator is quick and easy when needed. The gate entry to the underground parking helped this single mom feel secure and kept the car nice and cool!

The condo was very comfortable, well furnished and allowed plenty of room for the 4 adults and 3 kids. The patio was a huge plus- the kids played out there quite a bit. It was great having a garage to park in, an elevator, pools, short walks to beach, restaurants and shops. The host was very available and happy to answer questions as they came up. We would love to come back!

Dan’s place was exactly as described! The extended patio double our space because we were able to hang out with tons of seating. The proximity to the beach and pools was amazing and easy especially with 2 little ones in tow. Dan had so many thoughtful additions like the beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas that we will definitely pack lighter with our next stay. So so much room to enjoy our family! Thanks Dan! We will be back!

We had a couple hiccups with our stay, but overall it was positive. My wife and I frequent Tybee, but had family with us this time.
The location is great. As close as you can get to the beach without being "beachfront". The condo is so well equipped; even a pack&play for smaller kids. Plenty of blankets and pillows. We didnt have to pack out own tent or wagon, it was all there at the condo. So convenient. You're a 1 minute walk from tons of food, bar, stores, etc.
Dan communicated with me instantly and even gave some dining suggestions. The condo is very clean and well taken care of.
When we arrived at the Condo we hit yhe grocery store first thing; bought everything so we could just sit at the beach and come back to food for dinner. The refrigerator died on our first night and we woke up to most of our food spoiled. We were out $150 from the get go.
Dan offered to have someone come and fix it while we were there, but I'm not comfortable with someone in our condo without us being there. I also wasn't wasting family time leaving them at the beach to come back for am appliance. We moved what wasn't bad to coolers and made do.
The condo is great. Perfect for families. We just had a bad experience losing most our groceries to a fridge.
