Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, recently updated, year round, 3 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath single family home. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water!
The first bedroom has Queen sized bed and a twin. The second bedroom has a full sized bed, and the third bedroom has a Queen sized bed. All the beds are new and comfortable. Towels and linen are provided.
The lovely open concept living area is furnished with a brand new Queen sleeper sofa with a chaise, new West Elm furnishings--including a dining table that seats 6, and new flat screen Smart TVs. This darling cottage can comfortably sleep 6-8 guests.
The newly renovated kitchen is well appointed with plenty of pots and pans, dinner ware for ten, along with plastic plates for eating up on the deck. The cupboard is stocked with seasonings and spices.
There is a propane grill and a large picnic table outside for your use. The upstairs deck also has a dining table and chairs, along with plastic plates, cups and utensils.
Situated on the edge of the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge and one street away from exclusive Moody Beach, this charming “home away from home” has everything you need for your vacation by the Sea.
From the upstairs deck, you can watch the sunset over the Marsh, or hear the ocean roar. Bring your kayak or SUP and float down the tidal rivers to the Atlantic Ocean. There is a table and chairs for dining and Adirondack chairs for lounging.
Additional amenities are provided for your enjoyment: Air conditioning, WiFi, 2 Smart TVs, a small stereo, and a cabinet filled with puzzles, games, art supplies, and books.

Our second seasonal stay here! It feels like home away from home as we are so comfortable here! The moody beach cottage is perfect for our family of 7!It has everything we need and the walk to the beach is easy and short!

We had a great stay! It was even nicer in person than in the photos. Very quiet neighborhood so we did feel like we had to keep it down and make sure the kids or guests didn’t get too loud. It was a nice walk to the beach, convenient to stop over with the kids without having to pack a full car up for the day. Unfortunately the waves were very rough due to storms coming up from the south but we were able to make the most of it. I was a little bit concerned with the beach front property owners giving us a hard time but we didn’t have any issues. We drove to a few different beaches during our stay and it was conveniently located to them. We would definitely stay here again. We felt very at home and it made our stay relaxing.

We loved staying in this house! Great layout, comfortable beds, and supplied with lots of extras like linens, spices, etc. Great location, close walk to public access to the beach. Highly recommended!
