Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and city fines. 5 - Parking – City Regulated A maximum of 5 vehicles are permitted on the property. Street parking restrictions are strictly enforced by the City of Palm Springs. 6 - Smoking No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. 7 - Pets Up to 2 dogs maximum are permitted with a $200 per dog non-refundable fee. Dogs must not disturb neighbors. 8 - Pool & Safety The pool is not heated unless arranged in advance for an additional fee.
