No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Sea Blessings' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Sea Blessings.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
Rates, availability and minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice.
Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
Noise Level: Ensure that Walton County noise ordinances are followed, and neighborhood quiet hours are maintained between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
6-Night Minimum: This home requires a minimum of a 6-night stay.

Beautiful home with easy access to the pool, the beach, Publix, and so many restaurants. It was perfect for my 4 young children. We had space to spread out and enjoyed the pool and the golf cart that came with the house. Our first day the AC was out upstairs in late July. The property management company was responsive and helpful so it was a minor hiccup. We would go back to this rental.

The beach house was very nice, comfty and plenty of space for our family of 7. Very close to beach access and enjoyed the golf cart a d bikes. Highly recommend.

AC was fixed and broke 3 times. One time I had to sleep on the couch bc it was so hot. Loved the house but the AC really upset me.
