Villa Unika is a luxury 4-bedroom villa with heated private pool, jacuzzi and Finnish sauna located in the peaceful village of Lovreć, near the Makarska Riviera. Set on a spacious 2,000 m² enclosed property surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean nature, this elegant holiday home offers complete privacy and premium comfort for up to 10 guests.
Designed for families and groups, the villa features four stylish bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, a bright open-plan living area, fully equipped modern kitchen, dining space, fireplace, air conditioning and high-speed WiFi. The wellness experience includes a private sauna, outdoor jacuzzi and a 39 m² heated pool with hydromassage jets, creating a relaxing spa-like atmosphere throughout the stay.
The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the Dalmatian lifestyle, with a sun deck, lounge areas, covered summer kitchen, outdoor dining space with BBQ, children’s playground and a traditional bocce court. Guests can also enjoy the organic garden with seasonal produce.

Vjeko’s Villa Lunika is a project of passion and care. He built it all up from scratch, designed to be a perfect holiday escape for families and/or friend groups. 4 equal sized bedrooms with en suite baths. Fancy kitchen with big indoor and outdoor dining tables and fluid flow through the space. Great pool and hot tub as well as a garden and bocce ball court on site. Was perfect escape for our two families with 5 kids. 30 mins drive down to Punta Rata (one of top 10 beaches in the world). Vjeko is also an incredible host and goes above and beyond - presenting us with local wines and liqueurs, he took us to a local food market and guided us around, escorted us to his friends beachside parking lot in Brela, had the perfect reco for parking in central Split, and for a few fixes we needed during the week - he resolved them within an hour. He really cares about his property, the experience his guests have there and in Croatia, and shares his culture with love. Great spot!
