The recently renovated apartment spans two floors and overlooks a small, tree-lined square used as a paid parking lot.
First floor:

- a spacious living room where you’ll find, among other things, a large sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a 55-inch smart TV, and a small console desk,
- an utility room equipped with a water heater, sink, and washing machine,
- the bathroom, with a shower, bidet, hair dryer, and heated towel rack
- the bedroom, where next to the double bed there is a sleeper chair and, upon request, a crib; the room also features a walk-in closet with a drying rack, ironing board, and iron, as well as a large safe.
All rooms are air-conditioned, and the soundproof windows are equipped with mosquito screens and double curtains
