Rental Vacation Condo is a 2200+ sq. ft. 4 bed, 2 bath located in the center of Downtown Pismo Beach. Beach, Pier, and Restaurants are just two blocks away.
Two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both include a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen smart TV to stream with the complimentary Wi-Fi. Downstairs living room has an electric fireplace and Pool Table (cues and billiard balls provided). Upstairs living room is in a large open great room with the kitchen and dining areas and has those wonderful ocean views as well as a deck with a barbecue (propane included). Dining area with 4 chairs and a bench, and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. Sleeps 12 people on 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twins, and 2 queen sofa sleepers. Washer and Dryer.
Covered parking for 2 cars.

This is the 4th year we’ve stayed at this rental! I am sure we will stay here again! Perfect for a family vacation and you cannot beat the location. Walking distance to the pier, to the beach, to shops, and to great restaurants. Very nice and very comfortable! Pismo in the summer has limited parking, but with this unit we park once and don’t have to think about it again.

The location was perfect. Everyone could come and go as they please and walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The place was nice and clean, and very spacious. There was a small leak in the upstairs bathroom coming from the ceiling but there had been heavy downpour.
