The Space
The apartment spans two floors: approximately 130 square meters of indoor space and 250 square meters of terrace.

Ground Floor

Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in a spacious, elegantly furnished room divided into a living room, a dining area, and a kitchenette.
The living area features arched ceilings, antique wooden furniture, large wicker sofas that can seat 6 people around a glass coffee table, two armchairs, beautiful paintings, colorful ceramic lamps, satellite TV, and other personal touches that create an intimate atmosphere.

This floor features a living area with a wicker sofa for 3 people, a charming double bedroom, and a full bathroom.
