CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.

The unit was very clean and the host was quick to reach out before during and after our stay. The beach view was beautiful and parking was easy and accessible. We did have a few items stolen from the stow away down by the pool, but the sign warns you storing is at your own risk, and we won’t take that risk again. Lovely time - will go again soon!

Parking was easily accessed and not hard to find an open spot. For onky 2 elevators they were fast and clean. Beach view and access was perfect!

Everything was excellent from check-in to parking to check-out. The property manager checked in with us several times and responded quickly to questions. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the beach was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

The Condo and view was AMAZING!!! Check in, parking & beach access easy! The only down side was the hot tub, which wasn't ever hot. The hot tub was nuke warm at best, we called the property manager number and let them know, but it wasn't fix by our checkout. chexkoutthelesftchexkednout
