Property was as marketed. Excellent communication with the owner.

Very spacious rooms. Floors need to be cleaned. Laundry is on site but not directly accessible - host did provide access code but took a while to reply. Check in and check out were very easy. Good place to use for sleeping and cooking a meal or two while exploring.

Everything was as described. Very clean and welcoming. Jay was a breeze to communicate with. Will be saved for future stays.

There was a dirty sock, empty chip bag and water bottle under couch in basement. There was food left in the fridge and freezer. The mattresses were hard as rocks and the sheets were so worn the pattern was rubbed off in spots. The front of the house was full of weeds.
