To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

This condo was better than I could imagine! It's in a fantastic location right across the street from the beach with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo was well stocked with anything you could need for the beach and household items. It is very well maintained as well as the whole complex. Everything was very clean. The bedroom windows do face the walkway and you can hear noise but the quiet hours made sure there weren't many disturbances at nice. This is a really nice quiet area that gives small beach town feel. During our stay there was construction in the street from the floods, but we didn't mind because it cut down on traffic! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone and hopefully when we come back to Maui we will be staying here again!

The place was great and we really enjoyed our stay.I would mention, someone should look at the washer, it works, but is very loud and shakes badly when in use.

we were not happy to see that the grounds were not kept in the same condition as previous years. The leaves that fell from the trees were not picked up for weeks making walking to the pool gate very risky for the elder people
