This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath, highly-rated, low-floor unit is a vacationer’s dream. From the 10 X 27-foot balcony to the tasteful soft colors, this unit is impeccably maintained. The unit has king beds in two bedrooms along with a set of queen beds in the 3rd bedroom. The king-size master suite boasts a sliding glass door providing fabulous views of the sandy beach and gulf. Comfortably sleeps 8. Included with this unit is a beach setup (2 chaise lounges and 1 umbrella available March 15th to October 31st) and a reserved and convenient parking space located in the main garage. From the minute you enter the door, you will be awed by the upgrades and views offered by this beautiful 3-bedroom beach condo. The inviting cool colors remind you that you are in paradise. The newly appointed living room, balcony and dining room furniture invite you to sit back and relax. The patio includes lounge chairs, rocking chairs and a dining table to enjoy the beautiful gulf coast sunsets.
