Beach days, pool days, and plenty of room for everyone! This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath NSB condo puts you an easy walk from the beautiful no-drive beach while giving you access to 3 community pools, tennis, pickleball, a fitness center, sauna, walking and biking trails, and more.
Sleeping up to 8, it's a comfortable home base for families and groups looking to enjoy everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer.
Inside, the condo is designed for spending time together without feeling crowded. The spacious kitchen has plenty of room for preparing everything from quick beach-day snacks to family meals, while the large farmhouse dining table creates the perfect gathering spot for breakfast before heading out, dinner after a day in the sun, or a family game night.
The living room offers a comfortable place to kick back and unwind, with a queen sleeper sofa available when you need additional sleeping space.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and its own full bathroom, creating a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom is especially convenient for families or groups, with two queen beds and easy access to the second full bathroom.
The condo comfortably sleeps 6 in the bedrooms, with space for up to 2 additional guests on the queen sleeper sofa.
Outside your door is one of the things we love most about Sea Woods—the setting. Beautiful trees, tropical landscaping and winding walking and biking paths give the community a peaceful, tucked-away feel. Yet the beach, pools and community amenities are all just minutes away.
Whether you’re starting the morning with coffee around the farmhouse table, spending the afternoon on NSB’s no-drive beach, or coming home to relax after a full day of exploring, this condo is an easy, comfortable home base for your New Smyrna Beach getaway.

Our visit was wonderful and so were the accommodations! The property and condo were clean and we had everything we needed. Communication with Kathy was easy and on point. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

This is a great neighborhood with easy access to the beach and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. There are wooded trails that are fun to explore that make it feel like you are in a jungle. There’s also a marked path by the main entrance right to the ocean with a crosswalk across the busy street. The AC is very cold and there are plenty of dishes if you plan to fix meals. The beds were also very comfortable although I had to do a double stack of pillows to sleep. Excellent stay for me and my two teenage daughters, especially because we had our own bathrooms.
