The property was exactly as advertised We had 6 adults,2 children and a dog. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. 2 refrigerators to store all items. Washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable. You couldn’t hear the neighbors. Plenty of parking.The wagon and the beach supplies were great for the children. Easy walk to the beach. I have no complaints to report. Our host was easily reachable and responded quickly.

This Oceanside home at The Villas was perfect home to have time with our new grandson and adult children. It was a perfect location to visit the sites of beautiful St. Augustine, visit Great Nana and the beach too! All the touches of home were available and made our time together perfect. Beautiful accommodations.
