Great place to stay. Room numbers need to be better marked and the hallways were not very clean but other than that a nice place. Sales pitches are annoying and the front desk lies to you about them to get you to go. I was not happy about that. They tell you all you have to do is fill out a survey. Lies. It’s a full on resort sales pitch. For that I would give this a one star but that’s not fair for the resort itself

Super clean and plenty of space.

Very nice resort. We stayed in an updated unit which was perfect for our family. Do you check where the unit is located because there are no elevators so you may have to walk up several flights of stairs to your unit. We were definitely stay again! It’s the perfect location to everything Opryland!

The TV did not work the whole time we were there, the coffee pot was broken. I had sent a message beforehand to host about stairs and told no stairs; however when I got there we were told there were stairs.
