I recently stayed here with 8 other guys for a bachelor party. It was fantastic! The hosts not only communicated during our stay, but also in the days leading up to our visit. The location is perfect. Under a 10min walk to Bourbon street, and under 15min walk to Frenchman street. Also, the convenient store across the street was great to have. Would highly recommend any group visiting New Orleans to consider this property for their party.

This is a charming space. Every room has it's own bathroom so no one was waiting for someone else to get done. The front bedroom allows you to hear noise from the street, so don't put your light sleepers in there. We had 2 people over 75, but they were able to negotiate the stairs, would have liked a hand rail. This ended up being a fabulous location and a great time!!

Great space to hangout and plenty of room for 9 guests.

Perfect set up for a large group with easy walking access to everything in the French Quarter. Would recommend for any group visiting the area.
