• Lot parking is available for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the security gate upon check-in.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The fireplace is not for guest use.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
