The pools are open and heated! The tennis, pickleball, bocce, and shuffleboard courts may not be open for a while. The unit is great! The beach is great! It is about a five minute walk across the street to the beach. We have everything in the unit for you to enjoy an awesome beach vacation!

This gorgeous tenth floor condo has been remodeled. From the moment you enter, you’ll feel the richness and warmth of the owners’ style and taste for quality furnishings and the details they have provided. We have beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and a beach wagon to haul it all across the street. Also included are two bikes so you can get around town and see the sights. Whether you stay for a few days, a week, or a month, you’re sure to find peace and tranquility here. (There is a $35 per eeek parking fee to be paid with a credit or debit card when checking in).

Our stay far exceeded our expectations. Our host was very helpful with all things with check in and made sure we knew what to do for getting our parking pass so we don’t have any security issues. Will definitely stay again in the future.

We had a great stay in the condo! It is cute, clean, and very comfortable with all the amenities needed. The 10th floor view from the lanai was nice too. Dave provided very detailed information for our stay. There was plenty of parking close to our building and secure area. The laundry on the ground floor was spacious and easy to use. We didn’t use the pools, but enjoyed the view and many walks on the beach. Thank you Dave and Sharon for the hospitality!

The host was very welcoming, and the condo was in great condition. We loved being right across from the beach and being able to walk to it. Had a great week and would definitely return in the future.
