This condo makes coming to PCB amazing by being right on the beach and located on Long Beach.
This unit is equipped with 2 Bedrooms, the master with a king size bed and flatscreen TV and en suite bath.
The second bedroom with two queen size beds and a flat screen tv.
Two bathrooms in this unit, one off of the master bedroom is equipped with a newly renovated custom tile shower, the second is equipped with a shower/tub combo, and a well lit make up desk.
Enjoy cooking in the newly renovated kitchen with all new Quartz countertops with a custom waterfall end panel , 4 barstools provide great extra seating to the 8 person dining table for more than extra seating.
Built in 2006, Ocean Villa is a 23 story high rise building with 125 units. There are 22 floors of condominium units, 6 units per floor, with parking garage decks on the first two floors. All units are beach front 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, with large oversized balconies overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Each individual unit has approximately 1,200 square feet of interior floor space.

Excellent accommodations! If you’re looking for more of a resort with a tiki and arcade, this is not it. If you want clean, quiet and beautiful, this is the one. I was concerned about elevators being on the 22nd floor, never a wait! Parking in the garage with a 2500 truck, no problem! The listing doesn’t show beach chairs included, but they are. The only complaint would be the mattress in the master, it sinks in as it is pretty wore down. Will definitely book again!

We loved this condo! The pictures did not do the view justice! Beautifully updated condo with comfy beds! Everything was clean and easy access including parking. The only complaint we had was when we did our check in walk through we found the previous guests dirty linens in the laundry closet and it took several days for the cleaning company to get back to us and to take care of the issue! Other than that, we would definitely stay again. Great location,beach was beautiful and we loved the 2 beach chairs with umbrella included! They were a life saver!
