The host is very communicative - they even encouraged us to call rather than email. The location is convenient to a grocery store, and walking paths to take you to downtown. Some in our group walked through downtown and to the river more than once. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked as expected. We liked the tv room was set off by itself, while others could visit around the dining room table or out on the deck.
