Located directly on the beautiful white beaches with amazing views of the Gulf of America. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom corner unit is located on the 7th floor. Enjoy the spacious room with two master bedrooms with king beds and a private balcony. Included in the remodel were new cabinets, granite, stainless steel appliances, and new bedding. The guest room has a queen-size bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Located one mile west of Hwy 59, the complex is convenient to all restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
A stacked washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Free high-speed internet access via wi-fi is included and cable. Amenities also include iron and ironing board and all linens.
The complex has two pools, one heated during cooler months, and two kiddie pools. Best of all, you are only a few short steps to the beautiful sugary white sand beaches!
We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a trash bag and a small bar of soap. This is enough to get started but NOT enough for the entire stay. We do not provide a blowdryer.
* Beach service available for chairs and umbrellas rentals.
*A security guard is on duty for your safety. You will purchase a parking pass on-site with the guard. The cost is $30 for 14 days and $40 for up to 30 days. A new parking pass must be purchased every 30 days.
* The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

The place was very nice. Had an awesome view of the beach/ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you’d need. Our host was great. She answered questions very quickly and was very accommodating.

The view was great. The condo was clean but overall the place needs to be better maintained. The two king beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The popcorn ceiling in the main suite bathroom was actively falling down during our stay. The keypad for the door was not working so we had to use a key from a lockbox and make sure we had it with us when we left as the door locked automatically. The toilet in the main suite has to be flushed twice, every time. The host was very attentive and called a repairman the same day we requested one. It was a good vacation but for the money, I would not stay here again.

A very nice, short boardwalk to the beach! The pool was also close to the beach making it easy to utilize both. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.
