Steps away from Nashville's famous Honky Tonks, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, CMA Fest, Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman Auditorium, and the hottest bars and restaurants in Nashville.

We had a great time, overall, at this property. The bedrooms were large with showers in 3 of the 4 bedrooms and the master did have a tub as well. The living/kitchen area was very spacious and the pool table was well used by our crew. We were excited that our small pets were allowed for additional cost, they are part of the family. Darold was easy to communicate with and was very receptive to our small concerns while at the property. We were very grateful for his offer to allow us a special invitation for a spectacular view during our stay for the 250th Celebration in Nashville.

It was a great get away in the middle of the city. Location was perfect and it was right beside a pay to park parking lot.

The space was perfect for what we needed, and so fun for a long weekend! The communication for check in could have been a bit smoother, but it worked out well enough in the end. Just a heads up that one of the rooms doesn’t have full walls (for sound). We also couldn’t find a toaster anywhere for morning bagels, but to be fair, I didn’t reach out to double check after searching, so perhaps I missed it. Overall, the living space was so fun, we enjoyed playing pool, making breakfast in the morning, and true to Nashville, they even had a guitar. The location is ideal for exploring and allowed us to come and go as we pleased. They even left a welcome bottle of wine, which was so thoughtful!

The location was amazing. I would have rated the accommodations the same however unfortunately there was a plumbing or ceiling leak that caused the queen mattresses to be soaked with water which meant my husband had to sleep on a wet mattress.
