Keep all tires off road.
Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.

No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

Had a great vacation! The house was well equipped...grandkids loved the pool, it was great it was included in the price of the house, the gameroom was a big hit!Plenty of room, and adults loved the sunroom! House was very clean, and kitchen had everything you would need!

If you have any reservations about staying here, don’t worry. I wish I had discovered this property earlier in my daughter’s college journey at JMU. We've stayed in various hotels, townhouses, and condos at the Massanutten resort, but this home far exceeds those experiences. It was exceptionally clean, unlike some of the others we encountered. Paula was always available and very responsive during our stay.If you’re looking for a family-friendly place with plenty of space and amenities, this is the ideal spot. Don’t hesitate—this is the perfect place to stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and well-equipped getaway.From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment. One of the standout features was the game room—it was a huge hit with everyone. It kept both kids and adults entertained for hours and really added an extra level of fun to the stay.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked—honestly one of the best we’ve seen in a rental. It had everything you could possibly need, from plenty of cookware, utensils, and sharp knives to small appliances and extras that made cooking easy.The living spaces were cozy and inviting, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Every detail felt well thought out, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Vrbo experience!
