The accommodation is in a good, quiet location, close to town with restaurants nearby and convenient access to the West Coast National Park. The property itself is spacious.
The property is in need of maintenance, particularly the kitchen. The oven door did not close properly, not all the gas burners on the hob were working, the tap was leaking, and the dishwasher was rusted inside. The kitchen generally felt quite grotty, with visibly water-damaged cupboards.
The outdoor furniture also needs attention. The deck chairs were rusty and unusable.
