The apartment is in a beautiful location. The bus stops are just outside the building, and the parking space for rental cars is also a great feature.
Outdoor trails can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The house needs updating. Both the common areas and the apartment itself are not very clean and seem to have been hastily tidied up. We battled cockroaches with repellent for a week and a half.
Unfortunately, the price does not match the quality in this case.
