Cleanliness, roomy and close to beach access.
Furniture needs to be updated or replaced. For size of living room the couch was small and pieces had springs sticking out poking your butt when sitting on it.

Very spacious and located close to town. My boys enjoyed the PlayStation!

Easy walk to the beach . Very cute and simple decor. All things available that were listed . Beds were coo. Nice to have a washer and dryer.
The refrigerator wasn’t as cold as should be - so our ice didn’t freeze all the way over night for our cooler and our drinks in the refrigerator weren’t as cold as they should be. Someone had left sugar uncovered previous stay and so we had ants on the counter - they did have bug killer available and we used it and it helped. Owner said they would take care of it when we left .
