The pool temperature was perfect, the villa was clean and spacious the same as the pictures. Good location but defo need a car. Loved that the ice cream man came right up to the villas daily

The pool table was old and broken.

Very good villa with a green and cozy terrace. Swimming pool was clean and nice. On top of it, you will have a billiard that brings entertainment to your stay. We spent a lot of time enjoying terrace. Calm area, good for big families with kids. 3 big comfortable bedrooms with AC. Management company (host) reacted fast on our requests, that we really need to admit and appreciate. Very good stay, want to come back again next year!

* Clean, spacious villa with plenty of room. * Relatively modern and well equipped. * Good-sized indoor living space. Location – a car is absolutely essential: * Approximately 30-minute walk to Pernera strip and beach. * Protaras is over an hour away on foot, making walking impractical. * Metro supermarket is approximately 5–10 minutes away by car. * No convenient shops or coffee shops within walking distance, unless you’re prepared for a 30-minute-plus walk. * Would not recommend staying here without hiring a car. Neighbour issues and management response: * Experienced significant disruption from guests in a neighbouring villa, including loud partying and smashing glasses. * When we contacted the villa management company, their advice was simply to call the police, stating that playing loud music wasn’t illegal. * We felt this was a very dismissive and unhelpful response. * I subsequently contacted the neighbouring villa’s owner myself, who addressed the issue with her guests immediately.

Beds are awful. All mattresses urgently need replacing. * Sofa and other furniture are uncomfortable. * Pool area is cramped, with very uncomfortable stone flooring that makes walking barefoot difficult. * Large area of rocks takes up valuable outdoor space, particularly where the sun hits. This could be much better utilised. * Pool is dated, dirty and extremely cold. Owner advised that heating was not available. * Only saw the pool cleaner once in 14 nights, seemingly just adding chemicals rather than cleaning. * Villa was cleaned only once during our 14-night stay. Other villas we’ve stayed in have provided cleaning 2–3 times. * No welcome pack on arrival, which is a nice touch we’ve experienced in many other villas.
