Ahmet Teacher Hotel, 6 minutes from the airport

Mr Ahmet went out of his way to accommodate our 36 hour stopover, providing a spare room before other guests checked out. Nothing was too much bother. Breakfast was great; company good. It was pleasant sitting outside with the cats and chickens, too!

We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast that the host prepared just for us. Also the close proximity to the airport and an easy Uber taxi ride. We arrived fairly late, but the host stayed up to greet us.

We felt that the listing was misleading in saying that our room had a private bathroom. We did have a bathroom with a shower and a sink only. The toilet was down a flight of stairs and shared. I did not realize that this was a room in someone's house, so I probably didn't have appropriate expectations. While I appreciate the reasonable price, I would not have booked this if I had known that our "private bathroom" did not include a toilet.
