The air conditioning worked well.
The flat itself was clean, but the entrance area and driveway could have done with a sweeping for rubbish.

We had a change of plans and needed a place on short notice. This was available. New build - everything worked and it had air conditioning.
When we arrived the unit closest to the entrance had a window open and we could hear a woman moaning….or someone watching porn. Doors close loudly in the main hall - could hear others coming and going throughout the evening.
