The Lake House

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the food in the restaurant & friendly management & staff. Sadly one of our friends in the group of 4 passed away on the 3rd night of our stay following a heart attack. Karthik & Karthika were extremely helpful and did their best beyond our expectations. Karthik took us to local police station the next day to make a statement and spend about 4-5 hours at the police station to get the paperwork ready to remove the deceased from general hospital to local medical centre for post mortem. They offered free lunch for the close relatives and us when we came back from the police station. We thank them for their wonderful hospitality.

The facility, hospitality of the staff, cleanliness and affordability.

The complimentary breakfast. An omelette or a boiled egg may be added. Tea was there but the coffee option may have added value. The kitchen staff were not polite or courteous in my opinion. The leftover trash was in the trash can inside the room.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms.

Rooms don't have any air conditioner, heater or fan. It is very difficult to regulate the temperature of the room. The heater is available at an extra charge. The food is okay but the chinese dishes are a disaster, avoid it. The location of the property is not very good, situated very far from the road. It's a new property and a lot of improvement is needed for making it great.
