the peace, the quiet, the neatness, tidiness, feeling hidden/tucked away but not., the privacy.
waiting too long to enter the premises. there should be a service bell on the desk to get staff attention.

The room was clean and the bed was hard but comfortable. Sharon was excellent and very helpful as was the guy at reception.
The room I booked online said free toiletries, private bathroom, electric kettle, city views. I was shown an amazing room inside with all of the above then moved into room 3 with none of the above. There was no tea, coffee sugar or milk in the kitchen upstairs. My wifi didnt work the whole day on Saturday so couldn't use the tv at all. The room and bathroom need some hooks to hang towels etc and the bathroom needs a mirror.
