Good location in Takanawa, Minato - within walking distance of Sengakuji Station (Toei Asakusa / Keikyu, ~5–6 min), Shirokane-Takanawa Station (Tokyo Metro Namboku / Toei Mita, ~5–7 min), and about 10 minutes to Takanawa Gateway / Shinagawa area. Interesting residential neighbourhood to stay in, and roughly 30 minutes to Narita Airport.
Having a usable balcony where we could dry clothes was a real plus - in some other Tokyo places we stayed the balcony access was blocked. The host was polite, helpful with questions, and always tried to find a compromise. The elevator was very welcome; carrying suitcases up to the 7th floor would have been tough otherwise.
The price felt a bit high compared to entire houses we rented in Tokyo near Skytree and in Fujikawaguchiko for a similar length of stay (possibly because of the location). The kitchen was understocked for 4 people - only two flat plates. There’s a full-wall wardrobe, but it’s awkward to use: the bed sits right against it, so opening the doors blocks the bed and you have to move the bed every time you want to access the closet. It was also difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower - hot water opened fully, while the cold had to be adjusted millimetre by millimetre. A proper mixer tap would make a big difference.

Good size for 3-4 people staying short periods. Easy going to Narita and Haneda with a single train ride, no need to change. It’s very comfortable to stay. Close to supermarket and station. Will be back next time.
It’s hilltop. You will need to walk up hill for 1-2 minutes. It seems a little, but I felt so tired on the way back after going out the whole day. But this is trade off with the other benefits. I prefer to be back and stay here again.
