The entire property is finished to an outstanding quality. Exceptionally clean & great location.

The house is a new build so all the areas of the house look unused. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and tidy. The double bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was fine for my adult son. We only stayed for one night as we had travelled up for the football so didn’t really use the kitchen apart from the kettle. The house is 10 mins walk to a really friendly pub (Observatory) - serves nice food and real ale!
We didn’t really use the kitchen although I could only find one mug for tea in the morning - although I didn’t really look for long so may have missed where they were stored?
