Staff is excellent and super friendly. If you are able to walk, a short walk uphill gets you to Osmanbay and the whole Nisantasi street which is vibrant and has anything you might need

No coffee in the room or at the hotel, rooms are not soundproof and you can hear almost any movement in the other rooms.

Awful street to be located on, a steep uphill walk to almost everything on a very dirty, busy road with no sidewalks. The bathroom smelled like a halfway dried latrine for the first three days until plumbing issues resolved themselves I guess.

Very basic in a terrible location. Though we are thankful to Guzel and Cemaid who are doing their best and tried to make us comfortable. They got us a bigger room and pastry in the morning as well as personal attention. The rest of the place is awful.

The location is the worst, windows overlook trash bins. Only car services and garbage are around, no walking path, no cafes or shops. What’s even worse, the building sits on top of a huge transport tunnel that makes a lot of noise. The rooms are very basic, very small and cheap materials used. The room with a balcony has such a low ceiling we couldn’t breathe (they moved us to a bigger room though). Windows don’t open more than 6 cm. Pillows are cheap and very hard. Bathroom equipment also. Shower is slow. No complimentary water or sanitaries. They cleaned once during our 5 days stay. Cheap instant coffee machine is in the lobby as well as a vending machine with water and snacks. Nothing good can tell about this place, really. Super low coster for the price of a normal service. Like pegasus airlines. Don’t recommend.
