The location, quiet, facing the sea, beautiful terrace (did my morning yoga there every day), 3min walk to a gorgeous beach restaurant and 6-7 min walk to beach clubs and shops.
The villa was spotless, everything is brand new, beds are incredibly comfortable (I have a really bad back and I was able to rest), the livingroom/ kitchen area are perfect, loved the sofa. One thing the owners might want to check is the tap pressure in the downstairs bathroom, everything else was perfect, including Constanta, our lovely Concierge. Would definitely return to Nikiana just for this place.

The location, the cleanliness, the beatiful view, everything was very nice! Constantina was so kind to tell us everything about the beaches and the city :)
It will be really nice to have some small chair or tray for the clothes in both of the bedrooms. The wardrobe is so small and not enough for 5 people. Half of it is full with blankets and pillows. The second bathroom is not suitable for adults.
