Staying at this place was the best decision during my trip to Japan. I was so tired, going through divorce, but the staff was so incredibly honest, helpful and carrying, that I was crying at the complimentary taxi when I had to leave. Amazing service- wish to cone back one day. And I wish all the best to this hotel and people, who works there.

窓からの景色が良かった。
各部屋に空気清浄機があったので、快適に過ごせた。
車で行っていたのだが、コンビニもあって快適に過ごせた

Onsen was very nice! I liked the beds, comfy with cotton sheets although pillows and comforters seemed to be polyester, the sheets were very nice! The staff is very kind, and they helped provide me glasses and hot water to brew my own coffee!
The onsen closes at 9AM which is very early but they made a special exemption for us to use it after 9AM! And we were still able to check out on time!
