In Siena, on Via XXIV Maggio, near the Fortezza di Siena, an elegant 1920s villa measuring 121 square meters on two levels (with an internal staircase), ideal for 5 people. Featuring a terrace, a private garden, and a garage suitable for an SUV, it offers spacious accommodations and comfort. Located in a quiet, well-connected residential area, it provides easy access to the historic center and the city’s main attractions. Perfect for those seeking charm, comfort, and a strategic location.
The villa is spread over two levels connected by stairs—please exercise caution if traveling with children.
The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa and TV;
- DINING ROOM with dining table;
- KITCHEN with gas stove, dining table, refrigerator, moka pot, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, kitchenware, and access to the terrace.
- BATHROOM I with sink, shower, and toilet;
- TERRACE with small table;
- GARDEN

- BEDROOM I with double bed, desk, and closet;
- BEDROOM II with double bed and closet;
- BEDROOM III with a single bed, dresser, and desk;

This property was ideal!! Plenty of room for four adults and an infant. Rooms were large, two bathrooms with showers, nice kitchen and a garage for parking too. Nadia, the manager was extremely helpful and was excellent to deal with. Check in was super easy and her property guidebook was very helpful. The location was amazing, close to restaurants, patisserie, gelateria and a grocery store. Great pizza place right across the corner! The Siena public square was only 15-20 minute walk away. Siena itself was fantastic, lots of history, museums, things to see and such a. Harming little city with loads of restaurants and sidewalk cafes.
