THINGS TO KNOW



OCCUPANCY. The property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests at any time, in accordance with local requirements. Only registered guests are permitted at the property.

NO PARTIES. No parties or events of large gatherings of any kind

NO SMOKING. This is a smoke-free property. A $300 smoking penalty will apply per violation.

QUIET HOURS. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 11 PM–8 AM.

PET POLICY. Pets are welcome with a $250 fee per pet. More than 2 pets require prior approval. Please include all pets on your reservation and let us know in advance.

CANCELATION POLICY. Please refer to the booking platform's cancelation policy. A $100 credit card processing fee may apply if the booking is canceled after the booking has been confirmed.

SECURITY CAMERAS.For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed. There are no cameras inside the home.

LAYOUT. This is a multi-level property with several flights of stairs. Please consider this before booking if anyone in your group has mobility concerns.

• Air mattress, crib, and high chair are available upon request. If you’ll need any of these during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can have them prepared for you.

• If you need a little extra time, early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee, depending on availability. Please let us know in advance so we can check availability and do our best to accommodate you.

• Luggage drop-off may be available upon request, depending on availability.

REQUIREMENTS

✔ Rental Agreement: A rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.

✔ Security Deposit: A $250.00 security deposit is required to access the property. The hold on your deposit will not take place until 2 days before arrival and will be released 2 days after departure provided that there's no damage to the property. Please ensure the deposit is provided promptly to avoid any issues before check-in.
