I liked everything about this property

I went to three Premier Inn locations in Ireland last week. All sort of identical. Except the bathrooms. One had a short shower curtain, one was halfway into the bathtub and one of them was not wide enough.
Also, the exhaust fans were blocked with lint, etc.

This property is very well located near the ferry terminal and the cruise ship dock. Would highly recommend for travellers getting on or off a cruise ship. Located at the end of a tram line into central Dublin, makes sightseeing very easy. We actually walked into Dublin, about 40 minutes walking but several sights along the way, and caught the tram back at the end of the day. Easy walk to board cruise ship the next day. Located next to a large new shopping centre with lots of stores, supermarket and multiple well priced cafes/food court. Staff were excellent and friendly/helpful and breakfast included and excellent.
