Description
Casa Del Mar offers a truly unique experience, perched high above the prestigious Domaine du Levant in Petit Cul de Sac.
Overlooking the ocean from a private estate of more than 8,000 sqm, this exceptional property stands out for its absolute privacy, breathtaking Atlantic views, and thoughtfully designed contemporary architecture.
The villa features six independent suites, spread across the main house and a secondary pavilion. Each offers its own terrace, en-suite bathroom, and a refined design that blends modern comfort with understated elegance.
The living spaces, open to the outdoors, are filled with natural light and adorned with carefully curated designer pieces. The lounge, professional kitchen, and dining area come together in a harmonious flow that is both sophisticated and welcoming.
Outside, a lush tropical garden surrounds two swimming pools, one of them heated and stretching 20 meters, as well as a seafront jacuzzi, multiple furnished terraces, and a shaded outdoor dining area with barbecue.
Guests also enjoy a fully equipped fitness room and privileged access to the private tennis courts of the Domaine, just steps away from the villa.
