True ski-in/ski-out corner condo at The Charter in Beaver Creek! This private ground-floor 2BR/2BA retreat sleeps up to 8 and offers direct ski trail access when the Elkhorn Lift is operating. Enjoy a quiet location with only one neighboring unit, a private patio overlooking open space and Creekside Park, plus access to The Charter’s extensive resort amenities.

• Living room with queen sleeper sofa, armchair, Smart TV, and heated electric fireplace
• Fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for 4

• $60 non-refundable damage protection coverage required prior to check-in
• Ground-floor unit, but access requires stairs down and a longer interior hallway walk
• No AC
• Garage parking is $40/day, paid directly to The Charter at check-in
• Building amenities and hours are managed by The Charter and may change or close
• Sleeps up to 8 using the living room sleeper sofa
• AWD or 4WD is recommended for winter driving

Very nice stay. Nicely decorated and ample room for family of four. Couple things to keep in mind, no elevator to the condo so have to walk flights of stairs. Also, watch Elkhorn lift times, they vary.
